The VDE's COSIMA Student Competition is officially funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR, formerly: BMBF). The current funding project runs from 2021 to November 2025.
COSIMA was launched by the VDE in 2009 to get students with an affinity for technology interested in the world of microsystems.
In this field, specialists will always be needed. As we all know, companies in particular rely on interested young people who are intensively involved in a complex field of activity with various topics, who have their own ideas, but who are also willing to keep on learning new things.
We pave the way for such pioneers, inventive, creative young people who look for a technical task, realise it themselves and present it in competition.
